Our take
MSI’s Optix G274 is a decent curved 27-inch monitor for casual gaming. The IPS panel provides good colors and viewing angles, and the 75Hz refresh rate with Adaptive-Sync helps reduce tearing. I like the curve—it’s subtle but adds immersion. The tilt adjustment is nice. However, the 1080p resolution on 27 inches isn’t the sharpest, and there’s only a DisplayPort input, no HDMI. The stand lacks height adjustment. For $129, it’s a reasonable option if you prioritize the curved design and IPS colors.
