Our take
I picked up the VG245H for casual gaming and it's been reliable. The 1ms response time is great for avoiding motion blur, and FreeSync works well with my AMD GPU. The contrast ratio is impressive on paper, but in practice, TN blacks are still not as deep as IPS. The built-in speakers are handy for basic audio. The stand allows tilt but not height adjustment. Overall, it's a decent mid-range option, though the 75Hz refresh rate feels outdated compared to 144Hz competitors at a similar price.
