Our take
The Acer ED273U strikes a nice balance between resolution and speed. The 2560x1440 resolution on a 27-inch curved VA panel looks sharp, and the 1ms response time is excellent for fast-paced gaming. The 1500R curvature enhances immersion without feeling extreme. I also like the tilt adjustment and VESA mount compatibility. Downsides: brightness is only 250 nits, which can feel dim, and the VA panel has some black smearing. Still, at $200, it’s a great value for a high-refresh WQHD curved monitor.
