Our take
This ViewSonic VA3209M offers a good set of features for a 32-inch monitor: 75Hz, IPS-like panel (actually LCD but good viewing), and FreeSync for tear-free gaming. The 4ms response time is decent. The frameless design looks clean, and anti-glare coating helps. However, at $309.99, the price is steep for a 1080p monitor—you can get QHD or higher refresh for similar money. The 1080p resolution on 32 inches results in low pixel density; text may appear soft. The stand is tilt-only, no height adjustment. The 3-year warranty is nice. For a general use monitor with some gaming features, it's okay, but I'd consider a QHD alternative for sharper image.
